| | Prince Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Saud Al Kabeer Chairman of the Board of Directors Prince Sultan graduated with a bachelor degree in Commerce & Political Science from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Prince Sultan is also the Chairman of the Board of Arabian Shield - Bahrain, Almarai Company, Arabian Union for Cement Industries, and Al Mashreq Commercial and Contracting Company. Prince Sultan is the Managing Director of Yamama Cement Company, board member of ARASCO and Al Farabey Chemical Company Limited, founding member of Kingdom Schools, and a member of the Council of Trustees of King Abdulaziz Men Foundation for Supporting the Talents, Board of Equestrian Club and the Board of Graduates Committee for Maahad Al Asima Institute. |

| Abdullah Abdulrahman Thaneyan Al Obeikan Board Member Eng. Al Obeikan graduated from King Saud University in 1987 as an Electrical Engineer. He joined the Obeikan Group in the same year, where his family has already been in the printing business for three years. He then traveled to New York to obtain a diploma in Graphic Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Eng. Abdallah occupies numerous positions on the Boards of Directors of several Saudi companies and is the CEO of the Obeikan Industrial Investment Group.

 | Nasser Mohammed Humoud Al-Mutawa Al-Otaibi Board Member Mr. Al Otaibi graduated with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering in 1972 from the United States of America. Mr. Al Otaibi is also the founder and shareholder of Arabian Shield – Bahrain. He worked in the government sector from 1973 to 1979 and from 1980 onwards in the private sector. His major business interests in the Middle East are in Samama Group of Companies, various entities of Suhube, Saudi Advanced Industries Company, Saudi Arabian Dumez Company, Kingdom Hotels Co. (Four Seasons & Movenpick), Al-Jazeera Media and Printing Co, Al-Jazeera Newspaper, and Wasna Trading Establishment. Mr. Al Otaibi is also a board member of Almarai Company. |

Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Al Rubaian Board Member Mr. Alrubaian holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is the Chairman of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Saudi Agricultural Bank, Chairman of ARASCO Co and Chairman of Alfolk (aquaculture). Mr. Rubaian is also a board member of Mafaz (Investment) and Manafeth ambulance & special vehicles manufacturer. |
 | Ammar Al Khudairy Board Member Mr. AlKhudairy earned his masters degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University in Washington D.C., after earning a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. Prior to the founding of Amwal AlKhaleej, Mr. AlKhudairy held a number of senior managerial positions with Saudi banking institutions, including Head of Strategic Business Development and Central Region Head with Banque Saudi Fransi and Country Head with Gulf International Bank. Mr. AlKhudairy professional track record spans a number of finance disciplines including M&A, project finance, corporate finance, corporate banking, and merchant banking. Mr. AlKhudairy also sits on a number of corporate boards, including SAVOLA (Jeddah), Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia, Damas (Dubai), AlTayyar Travel (Riyadh), United Sugar Company (Jeddah), Kingdom Holding (Saudi Tadawul listed), and Kingdom Hotel Investments (AIM and DIFX listed). |

Sulaiman N. Alhatlan Board Member Mr. Alhatlan graduated with a Master’s degree in accountancy from the California State University in San Diego, California (SDSU) in December 1998. Mr. Alhatlan worked in the government as a trainer/consulting in accounting and finance at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Riyadh from 1999 to 2006 before he moves to the public practice in financial and management consulting at HNC Company. In 2007, he, along with other professionals, establish the House of National Consulting, a corporate finance and investment banking practice and obtained the CMA license in Arranging and Advisory services where he became a founder and an executive partner. |

| Christopher James Ledwidge
Mr. Chris Ledwidge graduated from the University of Dublin-Ireland with BA in Accounting in 1971, and in 1975 he obtained fellowship from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA).Since 1984 & up to date, Mr. Ledwidge has been working with Almarai Co. as a financial advisor and Member of Executive Board; in addition, he is one of the founders of Arabian Shield Insurance – EC. |

 | Joseph Rizzo Board Member Mr. Rizzo is the General Manager of General Insurance in BNI- Bahrain. Mr . Rizzo Joined BNI in September 2007. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurer with more than 25 years experience in insurance and reinsurance. He previously held the position of General Manager and later Chief Operations Officer with Middlesea Insurance plc, a leading insurance company in Malta. He occupied various directorships in subsidiaries and associated companies, he was the chairman of a surveying and loss adjusting firm operating in the Mediterranean region, and involved in overseas expansion projects.

| John Clifford Davies CEO Mr. Davies graduated from the University of Wales with a BSc. in Economics in 1973 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (FCII). Mr. Davies is also the founder and shareholder of Arabian Shield – Bahrain. He began his career in the UK Insurance industry, initially working for Eagle Star Group for 15 years and then, in 1988, joining Sun Alliance Group. He was seconded to Saudi Arabia as part of the senior management team of Al Alamiya Insurance Company. Mr. Davies left Sun Alliance (now Royal Sun Alliance) in 1997 to find and establish Arabian Shield – Bahrain. |

| Basem Kamel Odeh General Manager and Secretary to the Board Mr. Odeh graduated with a B. A. degree in law from the University of Jordan – Amman. He also holds a professional qualification CIP (DIP CII) from the Charted Insurance Institute - London. Mr. Odeh joined Arabian Shield in March in 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience in Insurance Industry in KSA. He is a Member of the National Insurance Committee (Council of Saudi Chambers) K.S.A., The Arab Assembly for Insurance Laws (GAIF), Member of CII – London and the Faculty of Claims - CII London. Mr Odeh is also the President of Riyadh Insurance Institute – (Formerly known as Riyadh Insurance Forum) in Saudi Arabia. |
